This is it… this is the year I will set a goal to lose weight – and more importantly, meet it. We have a very big plan to be at the lake a lot this year, and I want to feel good about myself when I do it. I was doing well with my workout routine. I enjoyed going, had a workout buddy and everything, but I was my own undoing. I tend to look for any excuse to NOT workout. I don’t know why. I’m definitely not happy with my weight. I think I just lose focus.
My goal is to lose 60 pounds in 6 months. That’s only 10 pounds per month. That’s a healthy loss, right? I don’t think that’s out of reach for me.
I need to limit my calorie intake and work out at least 3 times per week. Easy, right? The local parks and recreation department is changing their class schedule for the winter season and I’m looking forward to trying some new classes. Justin is on board for eating healthier… again. Now I just need to stick with it. Focus Kasey, focus.
